BoundTrain, with a joint venture partner, acquired 6400 & 6402 Arlington Boulevard, two iconic 13-story high-rise office buildings with 360 views, totaling 410,197 square feet, formerly known as “Falls Church Corporate Center” in February 2019 for $38,185,000.
2300 9th Street
2300 9th reached its conclusion in June 2023.
BoundTrain, with The Ridley Companies, acquired 2300 9th Street, a 1970 vintage, free standing, 8-story building with panoramic views of the DC Metro Area, totaling 69,000 square feet, formerly known as “The 2300 Building” in July 2020 for $6,500,000.
Wolf Trap National Park
In 2020, BoundTrain was selected as the development partner for this $56 million, multiphase, capital improvement project for Wolf Trap National Park on behalf of Wolf Trap Foundation and The National Park Service (NPS).
