Rock Spring Park
BoundTrain has been engaged to lead design, site plan approval, permitting and financing for the redevelopment of a 4.43-acre site within Rock Spring Park. The planned project includes approximately 250 multifamily units, with a projected development cost of about $103 million, and will utilize HUD 221(d)(4) construction financing.
The existing office building will be demolished and replaced with a new five-story residential community. The two-level parking garage will be preserved and incorporated into the redevelopment. Predevelopment began in October 2025, with construction targeted to start in summer 2027.
